Mengembangkan Budaya Saling Mendukung Cerita Motivasi dan Inspirasi Nomor 1

Salah satu kendala atau hambatan yang dialami oleh suatu oragnisasi atau institusi dalam mencapai tujuan yang akan dicapai adalah belum terciptanya kebiasaan “saling mendukung” diantara para pegawainya. Mereka masih terkungkung oleh kepentingan individu dalam menjalankan tugasnya masing-masing. Adanya job distribution (pembagian tugas) menjadi alasan pribadi untuk menjalakan tugas sesuai dengan lingkup tugasnya sendiri. Ironisnya, masing-masing dari individu yang sudah merasa menjalankan tugas sesuai dengan beban yang disandangnya, mereka menganggap tidak lagi membutuhkan campur tangan dari rekan sekerjanya. Akibatnya kualitas pencapaiannya tidak maksimal.

Seorang guru yang berhasil menemukan metode pembelajaran baru dengan mengaplikasikan pendekatan mengajar yang lebih atraktif, kemudian metode tersebut ditulis dalam bentuk laporan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), kurang mendapat respon positif dari rekan guru yang lain.
