Menentukan Tujuan Hidup Cerita Motivasi dan Inspirasi Nomor 1

“Life is a promise; fulfill it. – Kehidupan ini adalah sebuah janji; Penuhi janji itu.” Mother Teresa Tujuan hidup adalah keyakinan, moral, atau standar yang akan mengendalikan hidup kita, sebab ia (tujuan hidup) memandu pola pikir dan perilaku kita. Contoh seorang ayah ingin meluangkan waktu bersama anak lelakinya. Ia merencanakan nonton pertandingan sepak bola. Tetapi ia kecewa karena mobilnya terjebak macet parah.

Sesaat kemudian ia segera melupakan rasa kecewa dan kembali ceria, sebab ia ingat tujuannya adalah meluangkan waktu bersama anak tersayang. Nonton bola hanya sarana untuk mencapai tujuan dan bisa diganti dengan cara lain. Lalu ia mampir ke sebuah kafe di pinggir jalan dan ia merasa senang karena benar-benar mencapai tujuannya yaitu menghabiskan waktu berdua dengan anaknya sepanjang hari.
